1、计算每个区块的高度
用keyList保存声明的key,用heightList保存每个key对应的组件高度

备注:controller可以监听CustomScrollView、SingleScrollView、SmartRefresher等,不一定要用CustomScrollView,另外如果是监听SmartRefresher可能会出现负数的情况需要处理成0下。
